The staff are obliging, the rooms are silent. It has a great and brilliant location just next door to tram and Princes St and Waverley Train station and Old Town. Don't forget to explore New Town district.

Stayed for 1 night in this great place, greatly enjoyed that. The location was stunning, very close to the playhouse and old and new town, the Royal Mile, Calton Hill. What's more, a historic fortress was situated just 1 km away.

I would return there if no other plans. In overall, the place is absolutely great, has really kind staff at all times. The location is fab and incredible, near the railway station which suited me. It's also short walk to certain areas, bus terminal and the bus depot.

The place is modern and friendly and has incredible location right next to the bus station which good for us as we are from dundee. Very very helpful staff at all times, and the ambience is family.
